We offer a variety of specials to include flavors from many Latin countries. We also infuse Latin flavors into local and regional dishes. Listed below are a few specials that we have been asked to run again or place on the menu:

Guava BBQ Shrimp with Manchego Cheese Grits (our take of the low country favorite)

Picadillo Beef Stuffed Plantains with rice and beans

Seafood Paella-Clams, mussels, shrimp, fresh fish and chorizo cooked in saffron, wine and garlic finished with butter & cilantro

Tomato and Manchego Cheese Flatbread- fresh tomato topped with grated manchego cheese, drizzled with chimichurri and reduced balsamic on roasted flatbread

Conch Fritters with a side of house dressing

Crab and Chorizo Dip served with homemade plantain chips
